TERMS & CONDITIONS  

• SMU Vivace 2022 is organised by Singapore Management University ("SMU"). Organising Committee of SMU Vivace 2022 shall be referred to as “Organisers”. Participants of the giveaway shall be referred to as "Players". 
• All SMU students are allowed to participate in the giveaway. By participating in Vivace 2022 #myVIVACEadventure Giveaway, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out herein. 
• Players can only participate in Vivace 2022 #myVIVACEadventure Giveaway via SMU Vivace 2022’s Instagram page, @smuvivace.  

QUALIFYING PERIOD 

• Players will be able to participate in Vivace 2022 #myVIVACEadventure Giveaway from 11 August 2022, 1100hrs up to 13 August 2022, 2359hrs, and stand a chance to win prizes 
• Participation in Vivace 2022 #myVIVACEadventure Giveaway is limited to only one submission per Instagram account for the total giveaway duration. 
• There will be 10 lucky winners selected at random at the end of the contest period for Vivace 2022 #myVIVACEadventure Giveaway, who will each be awarded one prize
• Organisers reserve the right to change the qualifying period and prizes at any time without prior notice. 

ELIGIBILITY 

• Players must be an SMU student, with a valid student matriculation number. 
• Organisers have the absolute discretion to determine the eligibility of Players. Such determination shall be final and conclusive and the Organisers are not obliged to give any reason for its determination. 
• Organisers may, at their discretion (without assigning any reasons or justifications): 
  • forfeit, disqualify or refuse to allow any player to participate in Vivace 2022 #myVIVACEadventure Giveaway; and 
  • disregard any incomplete, improper or late entries in relation to Vivace 2022 #myVIVACEadventure Giveaway. 

ISSUANCE OF PRIZES 

• All winners of the Stage Games will be informed via their Instagram accounts through Direct Message, with regards to prize collection details.
• Collection of prizes will be held between August and September 2022. Organisers reserve the right to change the collection period without any prior notice. Prizes must be collected within the collection period, failing which Organisers reserve the right to replace the winner(s). Any prizes uncollected after the collection period will be forfeited. 
• Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. 
• Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or credit. No compensation shall be payable if a winner is unable to use a prize. There shall be no refund or exchange for any prize. 
• Organisers may at its absolute discretion make changes to the game mechanics or prizes at any time.  
• Organisers shall not be responsible for any additional cost(s) arising from the use of a prize or part thereof, should these be not specifically indicated as part of the prize. 
• All winners who are SMU students are required to collect the prize(s) personally at a designated location within SMU campus. He/she shall collect the prize at the chosen date and time, failing which Organisers reserve the right to forfeit the prize(s). If the winners are unable to collect their prizes personally, they may authorise a third party to collect the prizes on his/ her behalf and the third party is required to provide the winners’ full name and matriculation number. 
• If the prize is to be delivered via post, confirmation of the winner’s mailing address shall be given within ten (10) working days of the notification, failing which the prize may be forfeited in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Organisers reserve the right to deliver the prize in any manner as it deems fit. 
• The results of Vivace 2022 #myVIVACEadventure Giveaway shall be final and binding and no appeal will be entertained for any reason whatsoever. 

GENERAL 

• Organisers may at its discretion and without prior notice modify, amend and/or vary Vivace 2022 #myVIVACEadventure Giveaway’s terms and conditions in such a manner as the Organisers deem fit from time to time. 
• Any decisions made by the Organisers in relation to Vivace 2022 #myVIVACEadventure Giveaway shall be final and conclusive, and no correspondence will be entered into. 
• Organisers shall not be held responsible for any problems with the network, computer hardware, software or any breakdown or failure that affects any Players’ participation in Vivace 2022 #myVIVACEadventure Giveaway. 
• Organisers shall not be responsible for any injury, loss or damage suffered as a result of, or in connection with Vivace 2022 #myVIVACEadventure Giveaway and/or redemption or use of the prizes howsoever arising, including but not limited to, fulfillment of the prize(s), any breakdown or malfunction in any computer system or equipment, any notice which is misdirected and/or lost in the post, loss of income, profits or goodwill, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party including third parties howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension, the Organisers shall not entitle any party to any claim or compensation against the Organisers for any and all losses or damage suffered or incurred as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension. 
• Organisers may exercise its sole discretion to use the Players’ names, identification, image, and comments relating to the Vivace 2022 #myVIVACEadventure Giveaway experience and prize for the purpose of announcing the winner, or for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media without any fee being paid. 
• It is a condition precedent in Vivace 2022 #myVIVACEadventure Giveaway that Players consent to the information they submit with their entry, including and not limited to: personal contact information, social media network handles, publicly accessible data via the application programming interfaces (APIs) of said social network handles, being entered into a database and Organisers may use this information to facilitate the mechanics of Vivace 2022 #myVIVACEadventure Giveaway.

• Only matriculated SMU students who have registered for Vivace 2022 are allowed to participate in the Photo Booth. By participating in the Photo Booth, the Players agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out herein.
• The Photo Booth can only be accessed physically at Vivace 2022 at the SMU Campus.

ELIGIBILITY

• Players will be able to participate in the Photo Booth from 11 August 2022, 1100hrs till 12 August 2022, 1630hrs.
• Organisers reserve the right to change the operating period at any time without prior notice.
• The Photo Booth is open to all matriculated SMU students who have registered for Vivace 2022.
• Organisers have the absolute discretion to determine the eligibility of Players. Such determination shall be final and conclusive, and the Organisers are not obliged to give any reason for its determination.
• Organisers may at its discretion (without assigning any reasons or justifications):
  • forfeit, disqualify, or refuse to allow any registered player to participate in The Photo Booth; and
  • disregard any incomplete, improper, or late entries in relation to the Photo Booth.

• SMU Vivace 2022 (“Vivace 2022”) Food Booth (“Food Booth”) is organised by Singapore Management University ("SMU"). Organising Committee of Vivace 2022 shall be referred to as “Organisers”. Participants of the Food Booth shall be referred to as "Participants".
• Only matriculated SMU students who have registered for Vivace 2022 are allowed to participate in the Food Booth. By participating in the Food Booth, the participants agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out herein.
• The Food Booth can only be accessed physically at Vivace 2022 at the SMU Campus.

ELIGIBILITY

• The Food Booth is open to all matriculated SMU students who have registered for Vivace 2022.
• The food items are available only from 1200hrs to 1500hrs on both days of Vivace 2022, on the 11th August 2022 and 12th August 2022.
• Organisers have the absolute discretion to determine the eligibility of the Participants. Such determination shall be final and conclusive, and the Organisers are not obliged to give any reason for its determination.
• Organisers may at its discretion (without assigning any reasons or justifications):
• forfeit, disqualify, or refuse to allow any registered participant to participate in The Food Booth; and
• disregard any incomplete, improper, or late entries in relation to the Food Booth.
• Each Participant is only allowed to redeem one serving of food/drink from each booth
• Food/drinks will be given out on a first-come-first-serve basis, while stocks last.

GENERAL

• Organisers may at its discretion and without prior notice modify, amend and/or vary the Food Booth’s terms and conditions in such manner as Organisers deem fit from time to time.
• Any decisions made by the Organisers in relation to the Food Booth’s shall be final and conclusive, and no correspondence will be entered into.
• Organisers shall not be held responsible for any problems with the network, computer hardware, software or any breakdown or failure that affects any Participants’ participation in the Food Booth.
• Organisers shall not be responsible for any injury, loss or damage suffered as a result of, or in connection with the Food Booth and/or redemption or use of the prizes howsoever arising, including but not limited to, any breakdown or malfunction in any computer system or equipment, any notice which is misdirected and/or lost in the post, loss of income, profits or goodwill, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party including third parties howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension, the Organisers shall not entitle any party to any claim or compensation against the Organisers for any and all losses or damage suffered or incurred as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.
• Organisers may exercise its sole discretion to use the Participants’ names, identification, image, and comments relating to the Food Booth experience and prize for the purpose of announcing the winner, or for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media without any fee being paid.
• It is a condition precedent in the Food Booth that Participants consent to the information they submit with their entry, including and not limited to personal contact information, social media network handles, publicly accessible data via the application programming interfaces (APIs) of said social network handles, being entered into a database and Organisers may use this information to facilitate the mechanics of the Food Booth.

• SMU Vivace 2022 (“Vivace 2022”) The SMOOventure Lucky Draw (“SMOOventure”) is organised by Singapore Management University ("SMU"). The Organising Committee of Vivace 2022 shall be referred to as “Organisers”. Participants of SMOOventure shall be referred to as "Players".
• Only matriculated students who have registered for Vivace 2022 are allowed to participate in SMOOventure. By participating in SMOOventure, the Players agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out herein.
• SMOOventure can only be accessed via the Players’ individual Guild’s Guide, with 3 different variations for the Bingo Sheet.

QUALIFYING PERIOD

• Players will be able to participate in SMOOventure from 11 August 2022, 1100hrs till 12 August 2022, 1500hrs and stand a chance to win attractive prizes.
• Participation in SMOOventure Lucky Draw is limited to only once per Player for the total duration of SMOOventure.
• There will be 18 lucky winners, each selected at various timings for the total duration of SMOOventure. 
• Organisers reserve the right to change the prizes and qualifying period at any time without prior notice.
• Given the varying value of prizes in the SMOOventure Lucky Draw, a RNG system will be used to determine prizes to be allocated to each winner.

ELIGIBILITY

• SMOOventure is open to all matriculated SMU students who have validly registered for Vivace 2022.
• Organisers have the absolute discretion to determine the eligibility of Players. Such determination shall be final and conclusive, and the Organisers are not obliged to give any reason for its determination.
• Organisers may at its discretion (without assigning any reasons or justifications):
• forfeit, disqualify, or refuse to allow any registered player to participate in SMOOventure; and
• disregard any incomplete, improper, or late entries in relation to SMOOventure.
• Each Player can win a maximum of ONE prize from the SMOOventure Lucky Draw.

• Collection venue will be on SMU Campus. Organisers will inform the winners of the exact location via email.

• The Online Games refer to the three games “Unlimited Wordle”, “Crossy Road” and “Vivace Run” conducted during Vivace 2022.
• All matriculated SMU students are allowed to participate in The Online Games, Find My Match and the Vivace Wall. By participating in any of the three aforementioned activities, the Players agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out herein.
• The Online Games, Find My Match and Vivace Wall can only be accessed online via http://www.smuvivace-games.com/ ("Game Site").

QUALIFYING PERIOD

•  Players will be able to participate in The Online Games from 11 August 2022, 0000hrs to 12 August 2022, 1400hrs and stand a chance to win prizes.
• The Online Games comprises 3 different games, “Unlimited Wordle”, “Crossy Road” and “Vivace Run”. Timings are approximate and are subject to change.
• Winners will be selected by the top 3 highest scorers for each of the 3 respective games for The Online Games. 
• Players are allowed to be concurrent recipients of prizes across the 3 respective games for The Online Games.
• Organisers reserve the right to change the prizes and qualifying period at any time without prior notice.
• Organisers have the absolute discretion to determine the eligibility of Players. Such determination shall be final and conclusive, and the Organisers are not obliged to give any reason for its determination.

• The Online Games, Find My Match and The Vivace Wall are open to all matriculated SMU students.

  • forfeit, disqualify or refuse to allow any registered player to participate in The Online Games, Find My Match and The Vivace Wall ; and

ISSUANCE OF PRIZES

• All winners of the Online Games will be informed via their emails that were used for the registration of Vivace 2022, with regards to the prize collection details.
• Collection of prizes will be held between August and September 2022. Organisers reserve the right to change the collection period without any prior notice. Prizes must be collected within the collection period, failing which Organisers reserve the right to replace the winner(s). Any prizes uncollected after the collection period will be forfeited. 
• Collection venue will be on SMU Campus. Organisers will inform the winners of the exact location via email.

The winners of The Online Games will be required to acknowledge the confirmation email within the stipulated duration, failing which Organisers reserve the right to replace the winner(s).
• Any decisions made by the Organisers in relation to The Online Games, Find My Match and The Vivace Wall shall be final and conclusive, and no correspondence will be entered into.
• Organisers shall not be held responsible for any problems with the network, computer hardware, software or any breakdown or failure that affects any Players’ participation in The Online Games, Find My Match and The Vivace Wall.

• The Stage Games can only be accessed physically at the SMU Campus on Stage.

• Players will be able to participate in the Stage Games from 11 August 2022, 1100hrs till 12 August 2022, 1630hrs and stand a chance to win prizes.
• There are 5 prizes – each for the 1st place for each round of The Stage Games, where one of the three games “Picture Zoom In”, “Name Your CCAs”, “Countdown Questionnaire” will be played..

• Organisers shall not be responsible for any injury, loss or damage suffered as a result of, or in connection with the Stage Games and/or redemption or use of the prizes howsoever arising, including but not limited to, fulfilment of the prize(s), any breakdown or malfunction in any computer system or equipment, any notice which is misdirected and/or lost in the post, loss of income, profits or goodwill, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party including third parties howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension, the Organisers shall not entitle any party to any claim or compensation against the Organisers for any and all losses or damage suffered or incurred as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.
• Organisers may exercise its sole discretion to use the Players’ names, identification, image, and comments relating to the Stage Games experience and prize for the purpose of announcing the winner, or for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media without any fee being paid.
• It is a condition precedent in the Stage Games that Players consent to the information they submit with their entry, including and not limited to: SMU email, personal contact information, and name being entered into a database and Organisers may use this information to facilitate the mechanics of the Stage Game
