Guess the Instrument! 
Round 1
1) 2 participants will be invited onto the stage
2) Audio recordings of the individual Western & Chinese orchestral instruments will be played
3) The participant who can identify the most instruments correctly will win a prize

Round 2
1) 2 participants will be invited onto the stage
2) This time, each participant will be paired up with a representative from SMU Symphonia & SMU Chinese Orchestra 
3) Audio recordings of multiple Western/Chinese orchestral instruments will be played
4) Pairs will have to identify the instruments played in the recording
5) The pair who can identify the most instruments correctly wins

• SMU Vivace 2024 (“Vivace 2024”)’s Brand Curated Sponsorship Games, CCA Games and Audience Games are organised by Singapore Management University ("SMU"). The Organising Committee of Vivace 2024 shall be referred to as “Organisers”. Participants of Vivace 2024 shall be referred to as "Adventurers".
• Only matriculated students are allowed to participate in Brand Curated Sponsorship Games, CCA Games and Audience Games. By participating in the Brand Curated Sponsorship Games, CCA Games and Audience Games, the Adventurers agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out herein.
• The Brand Curated Sponsorship Games, CCA Games and Audience Games can only be accessed via participating on stage at Vivace 2024.

QUALIFYING PERIOD

• Adventurers will be able to participate in Brand Curated Sponsorship Games, CCA Games and Audience Games on 15 and 16 August 2024 from 1100hrs till 1700hrs and stand a chance to win attractive prizes.
• Participation in Brand Curated Sponsorship Games, CCA Games and Audience Games is limited to only once per game and thrice per Adventurer for the total duration of Vivace 2024. (i.e, Adventurer can participate in 3 games at maximum during the total duration of Vivace 2024, provided that all 3 games are different).
• Organisers reserve the right to change the prizes and qualifying period at any time without prior notice.
• Note that participation in the Brand Curated Sponsorship Games, CCA Games and Audience Games does not guarantee a prize for the Adventurers.

ELIGIBILITY

• Brand Curated Sponsorship Games, CCA Games and Audience Games is open to all matriculated SMU students.
• Organisers have the absolute discretion to determine the eligibility of Adventurers. Such determination shall be final and conclusive, and the Organisers are not obliged to give any reason for its determination.

• Organisers may at its discretion (without assigning any reasons or justifications):

  forfeit, disqualify, or refuse to allow any registered Adventurer to participate in the Brand Curated Sponsorship Games, CCA Games and Audience Games; and

  disregard any participation in relation to the Brand Curated Sponsorship Games, CCA Games and Audience Games.

  Each Adventurer can win a maximum of 3 prizes from the Brand Curated Sponsorship Games, CCA Games and Audience Games altogether.

ISSUANCE OF PRIZES

• All winners of the Brand Curated Sponsorship Games, CCA Games and Audience Games will be announced at the end of each game during Vivace. Winners are to approach the stage crew for details on prize redemption (i.e. collection dates and venue for the prizes). Winner’s full name, matriculated email and ID, and Telegram user handle will be collected for prize redemption purposes.
• For Prizes that can be collected on the same day: Collection of prizes for Brand Curated Sponsorship Games, CCA Games and Audience Games will be held on the days of Vivace 2024 from 1100hrs to 1700hrs. The prize collection venue is the Fringe Prize Redemption Booth (at T-Junction, behind the stage). Prizes must be collected by the end of the day.
• For prizes that are unavailable for same-day collection: Collection of prizes for Brand Curated Sponsorship Games, CCA Games and Audience Games will be held from August to September 2024 at discussed timings should prizes be not available for collection on 15 to 16 August 2024. The collection venue will be on SMU Campus. Organises will inform the winners of the exact location via the winner’s SMU matriculated email.  
• Organisers reserve the right to change the collection location and collection period without any prior notice. Prizes must be collected within the collection period. If winners fail to do so, Organisers reserve the right to replace the winner(s). Any prizes uncollected after the collection period will be forfeited.  
• Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
• Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or credit. No compensation shall be payable if a winner is unable to use a prize. There shall be no refund or exchange for any prize.
• Organisers may at its absolute discretion make changes to the game mechanics or prizes at any time.  
• Organisers shall not be responsible for any additional cost(s) arising from the use of a prize or part thereof, should these be not specifically indicated as part of the prize.
• All winners who are SMU students are required to collect the prize(s) personally at a designated location within SMU campus. He/She shall collect the prize on the chosen date and time, failing which Organisers reserve the right to forfeit the prize(s). If the winners are unable to collect their prizes personally, they may authorise a third party to collect the prizes on his/ her behalf and the third party is required to provide the winners’ full name and matriculation number (if applicable).
• The results of the Brand Curated Sponsorship Games, CCA Games and Audience Games shall be final and binding and no appeal will be entertained for any reason whatsoever.

GENERAL

• Organisers may at its discretion and without prior notice modify, amend and/or vary Brand Curated Sponsorship Games, CCA Games and Audience Games’s terms and conditions in such manner as Organisers deem fit from time to time.
• Any decisions made by the Organisers in relation to Brand Curated Sponsorship Games, CCA Games and Audience Games shall be final and conclusive, and no correspondence will be entered into.
• Organisers shall not be held responsible for any problems with the network, computer hardware, software or any breakdown or failure that affects any Adventurers’ participation in Brand Curated Sponsorship Games, CCA Games and Audience Games.
• Organisers shall not be responsible for any injury, loss or damage suffered as a result of, or in connection with Brand Curated Sponsorship Games, CCA Games and Audience Games and/or redemption or use of the prizes howsoever arising, including but not limited to, fulfilment of the prize(s), any breakdown or malfunction in any computer system or equipment, any notice which is misdirected and/or lost in the post, loss of income, profits or goodwill, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party including third parties howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension, the Organisers shall not entitle any party to any claim or compensation against the Organisers for any and all losses or damage suffered or incurred as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.
• Organisers may exercise its sole discretion to use the Adventurers’ names, identification, image, and comments relating to the contests experience and prize for the purpose of announcing the winner, or for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media without any fee being paid.
• It is a condition precedent in Brand Curated Sponsorship Games, CCA Games and Audience Games that Adventurers consent to the information they submit with their entry, including and not limited to: personal contact information, SMU email, personal contact information, and name being entered into a database and Organisers may use this information to facilitate the mechanics of Brand Curated Sponsorship Games, CCA Games and Audience Games.

Participants will attempt to uncover the different phrases on Samsung Newest Feature – Galaxy AI (hints provided). The participant with the most points at the end of the game wins a prize! 

UOB
Participants will conquer three challenges, Guess the Discount, Guess the Cashback and Guess the Exchange Rates. The participant with the most points at the end of three challenges wins a prize!

PHS HAIRSCIENCE
Participants will be tasked to memorise information on PHS HAIRSCIENCE, such as about PHS and their products, and compete in a series of questions. The participant with the most points at the end of the game wins a prize!

How to Play?
1) 8-10 participants will be selected from the crowd 
2) Emcees will ask participants questions related to CCA Clusters, Vivace or SMU
3) The screen will flash two options and the participants will have to stand on the side that they feel is correct
4) If the participant is wrong, they will be eliminated from the game 
5) This will continue until 2 participants are left and both participants will earn prizes

• Winners will be randomly selected and notified via Telegram DMs and SMU matriculated email.
• Each participant is limited to 1 prize.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• SMU Vivace 2024 (“VIVACE 2024”) and all related activities including the Vivace 2024 Post-Event Survey (PES) Lucky Draw (“PES Lucky Draw”) is organised by Singapore Management University ("SMU"). The Organising Committee of SMU Vivace 2024 shall be referred to as “Organisers”. 
• All current undergraduate SMU students*, postgraduate SMU students and students on exchange at SMU during AY2024/25 Term 1, are allowed to participate in the PES Lucky Draw. 
  - Except for Vivace 2024 Organising Committee members, who are not allowed to participate in the Lucky Draw. 

• By participating in the PES Lucky Draw, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out below. These terms may be modified at any time without prior notice.
   

  QUALIFYING PERIOD

• Participants will be able to enter the PES Lucky Draw by completing the Post-Event Survey (PES) within the period of 15th August 2024, 1300 hrs to 26th August 2024, 2359 hrs. 

  
  ELIGIBILITY

• To be eligible for participation in the PES Lucky Draw, participants must 
  1) Be either: 
  - Current SMU undergraduate students and postgraduate students with a valid matriculation number OR 
  - Exchange students at SMU during AY2024/25 Term 1 
  2) Complete VIVACE 2024’s Post-Event Survey (PES) within the qualifying period.
• Filling out the Post-Event Survey (PES) grants participants ONE (1) entry into the PES Lucky Draw. Participants will be automatically entered into the PES Lucky Draw upon survey completion, and no further action is required. 
• Participants are limited to ONE survey response per person.
• Organisers have the absolute discretion to determine the eligibility of participants. Such determinations are final and conclusive, and Organisers are not obliged to provide reasons for this decision. 

• Organisers may, at any time, without assigning reasons or justification, 
  a) forfeit, disqualify or deny participation in the PES Lucky Draw to any persons; and 
  b) disregard any incomplete, improper or late entries in relation to the PES Lucky Draw.

• Participants may win a maximum of ONE prize.
• Winners’ names will be drawn using a randomized system.

Organisers reserve the right to change the collection period without any prior notice, and Organisers reserve the right to deliver the prize in any manner as they deem fit. • Electronic prizes will be delivered via email, to the participant’s SMU student email address.
• The collection venue for physical prize items will be on SMU Campus. Organisers will inform the winners of the exact location and collection date/time via email. 

• All winners are required to collect such prize(s) personally at a designated location within SMU campus. He/she/they shall collect the prize on the chosen date and time, failing which Organisers reserve the right to forfeit the prize(s).   ELIGIBILITY

• Adventurers will be able to participate in the Photo Booth and Mini Games from 15 August 2024, 1000hrs till 16 August 2024, 1700hrs.
• Adventurers must present their Bingo Card to redeem their chance to play Mini Games and take pictures at the Photo Booth.
• Participants may visit the Mini Games booth more than once but are only entitled to ONE redemption of maximum TWO prizes at the Grab Machine.
• Adventurers may visit the Photo Booth more than once.  
• Only matriculated SMU students who have registered for Vivace 2024 are eligible to participate in Mini Games and Photobooth.  
• Organisers reserve the right to change the operating period at any time without prior notice.
• The Photo Booth and Mini Games are open to all matriculated SMU students who have registered for Vivace 2024.
• Organisers have the absolute discretion to determine the eligibility of Adventurers. Such determination shall be final and conclusive, and the Organisers are not obliged to give any reason for its determination.

• Organisers may at its discretion (without assigning any reasons or justifications):

  A. forfeit, disqualify, or refuse to allow any registered Adventurer to participate in the Photo Booth and Mini Games; and

  B. disregard any incomplete, improper, or late entries in relation to the Photo Booth and Mini Games.

   

  ISSUANCE OF PRIZES

• Collection of Mini Games prizes* will be held on the days of Vivace 2024 from 1000hrs to 1700hrs. Any prizes uncollected after the collection period will be forfeited.        
• Organisers reserve the right to change the collection period without any prior notice. Prizes must be collected within the collection period, failing which Organisers reserve the right to replace the winner(s). Any prizes uncollected after the collection period will be forfeited.
• Prizes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
• Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or credit. No compensation shall be payable if a winner is unable to use a prize. There shall be no refund or exchange for any prize.
• Organisers may at its absolute discretion make changes to the game mechanics or prizes at any time.  
• Organisers shall not be responsible for any additional cost(s) arising from the use of a prize or part thereof, should these be not specifically indicated as part of the prize.
• All winners who are SMU students are required to collect the prize(s) personally at a designated location within SMU campus. He/She shall collect the prize on the chosen date and time, failing which Organisers reserve the right to forfeit the prize(s).  

GENERAL

• Organisers may at its discretion and without prior notice modify, amend and/or vary the Photo Booth and Mini Games terms and conditions in such manner as Organisers deem fit from time to time.
• Any decisions made by the Organisers in relation to the Photo Booth and Mini Games shall be final and conclusive, and no correspondence will be entered into.
• Organisers shall not be held responsible for any problems with the network, computer hardware, software or any breakdown or failure that affects any Adventurers’ participation in the Photo Booth and Mini Games.
• Organisers shall not be responsible for any injury, loss or damage suffered as a result of, or in connection with the Photo Booth and Mini Games and/or redemption or use of the prizes howsoever arising, including but not limited to, fulfilment of the prize(s), any breakdown or malfunction in any computer system or equipment, any notice which is misdirected and/or lost in the post, loss of income, profits or goodwill, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party including third parties howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension, the Organisers shall not entitle any party to any claim or compensation against the Organisers for any and all losses or damage suffered or incurred as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.
• Organisers may exercise its sole discretion to use the Adventurers’ names, identification, image, and comments relating to the Photo Booth and Mini Games experience and prize for the purpose of announcing the winner, or for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media without any fee being paid.
• It is a condition precedent in the Photo Booth and Mini Games that Adventurers consent to the information they submit with their entry, including and not limited to personal contact information, social media network handles, publicly accessible data via the application programming interfaces (APIs) of said social network handles, being entered into a database and Organisers may use this information to facilitate the mechanics of the Photo Booth and Mini Games. 

1. Participants must present Vivace Bingo Card to redeem food at various booths*. The 6 food booths available are:

• Popcorn & Candy Floss
• Kurokare
• Hotdog
• Dragon's Beard Candy
• Slushie 
• Nachos

2. Participants may redeem food and beverage only once from each respective food booth.

3. Crew members stationed at the food booths will tear off the food coupon at the back of the bingo sheet, indicating redemption.

4. Only matriculated SMU students registered for Vivace 2024 can participate in this activity.

• SMU Vivace 2024 (“Vivace 2024”) Food Booths (“Food Booths”) is organised by Singapore Management University ("SMU"). Organising Committee of Vivace 2024 shall be referred to as “Organisers”. Participants of the Food Booths shall be referred to as "Participants". 
• Only matriculated SMU students who have registered for Vivace 2024 are allowed to participate in the Food Booths. By participating in the Food Booths, the participants agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out herein. 

• The Food Booths can only be accessed physically at Vivace 2024 at the SMU Campus.

• The Food Booths are open to all matriculated SMU students who have registered for Vivace 2024.
• Adventurers must present their Bingo Card to redeem the food items at the Food Booths. 
• The food items are available only from 1000hrs to 1700hrs on both days of Vivace 2024, on the 15th August 2024 and 16th August 2024.
• Each Participant is only allowed to redeem one serving of food/drink from each booth. 
• Food/drinks will be given out on a first-come-first-served basis, while stocks last.
• Organisers have the absolute discretion to determine the eligibility of the Participants. Such determination shall be final and conclusive, and the Organisers are not obliged to give any reason for its determination. 

• Organisers may at its discretion (without assigning any reasons or justifications): 

  A. forfeit, disqualify, or refuse to allow any registered participant to participate in the Food Booths; and

  B. disregard any latecomers in relation to the Food Booths.
